TekInsight Will Buy Some Exodus Operations

TekInsight.com Inc., an Irvine provider of technology for government, said Tuesday it will buy the Louisiana operations of Exodus Communications, which has about $3.2 million in state computer contracts. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Since Exodus recently filed for bankruptcy protection, the deal must be approved by a federal bankruptcy judge.
