No Free Lunch

I enjoy Arthur Frommer’s “On a Budget” each week, but I think he gave some bad advice in his Oct. 21 column (“Two Cents’ Worth of Tips for the Thrifty Traveler”).
He advised travelers to fill locking plastic bags with food from their hotel’s free breakfast buffet. It is inappropriate to take food away from any buffet. To do so is to steal from the hotel.
