Memorial Day Closings
Monday marks the observance of Memorial Day, a day to honor and remember those who died in the nation’s wars.
* OFFICES: All government offices, courts, banks, post offices and stock and commodity exchanges, most libraries and schools and many businesses will be closed.
* TRANSPORTATION: MTA buses will follow Sunday schedules; Metro and light rail lines will run on the weekend schedule. Metrolink trains will not run.
* TRASH: City trash collection agencies will maintain regular pickup schedules.
