Fidelity National to Raise Up to $500 Million
Fidelity National Financial Inc. plans to sell up to $500 million in debt securities, preferred stock, depository shares and common stock, according to a document filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Irvine company, which operates the nation’s largest title insurer, said it would add the proceeds from any sale to its general funds and may use them for working capital, debt repayments, investments, acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
