Rappers-producers Psycho Les and JuJu are among the few hip-hoppers who can make entertaining, feel-good gangster rap. On its fourth stellar album, the Queens, N.Y., duo delivers another round of hard-core boasts and humorous lyrics. The crisp, drum-driven beats (which have been solicited by Common, Big Punisher and others) will keep any party moving.
