* AMR Corp.’s American Airlines flight attendants will vote later this month on whether to authorize their union to strike at the second-largest U.S. carrier. American’s attendants have worked without a contract for two years. Contract talks were suspended last month. On Wednesday, AMR agreed to buy the assets of Trans World Airlines Inc. and portions of US Airways Group Inc. and start-up DC Air for $5.08 billion in cash and assumed aircraft leases.
