* MONTANA STATE (15-12, 7-7) at CAL STATE NORTHRIDGE (17-9, 10-3), 7--The Matadors appear to be peaking at the right time, having won six of their last seven games. Northridge defeated Montana, 92-68, Thursday to maintain a one-game lead over Eastern Washington in the Big Sky Conference with three games to play. The Matadors play at Eastern Washington next Thursday. Northridge defeated Montana State, 72-65, on Jan. 25. Matador center Brian Heinle got the 23rd double-double of his career against Montana with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Heinle leads the Big Sky in scoring, averaging 20.4 points.
