In another Division II wild-card game:
El Dorado 4, Cerritos 1--Host El Dorado (14-8-3) scored all its goals in the second half. Stacy Ellingson had two goals.
In Division I:
El Toro 2, Diamond Bar 0--Lindsay Smith and Nicole Imech scored for host El Toro (17-6-2), which plays at Downey in a first-round game Friday.
In Division III:
El Modena 2, Victor Valley 0--Juanita Lawson scored in the 23rd minute and Madison Klovstad scored with two minutes to play for the visiting Vanguards (13-8-3).
La Habra 2, Garden Grove 1--Natalie Roth scored the tying goal in the 58th minute and knocked in the game-winner 10 minutes later for the visiting Highlanders (19-4-2). Marlene Gonzalez scored in the first half for the Argonauts (17-4-2).
In a Division III boys’ wild-card game:
Buena Park 2, Los Amigos 1--Guillermo Montano scored the tying goal and assisted on Juan Cuevas’ game-winner for the visiting Coyotes (5-9-6). Frederico Lopez scored for Los Amigos (10-7-2).
Fullerton 4, Pacifica 1--Anthony Magana scored the final three goals for host Fullerton (15-5-3). Troy Rappen scored in the second half for Pacifica (10-9-4).
Valencia 2, Tustin 0--Luis Perez broke a scoreless tie in the 55th minute for host Valencia (15-4-3) and also scored 10 minutes later.
