Lanier Worldwide Inc. has signed a three-year, $60-million agreement to provide Ventura-based Kinko’s with digital black-and-white copier/printers, supplies and a range of services.
Lanier will install its digital document systems in all Kinko’s U.S. locations. The Atlanta company also will provide comprehensive sales support, systems integration and service, including supplies management and a 24-hour help line.
“Lanier almost knows our business better than we do,” said Ross Waddell, Kinko’s vice president of purchasing. “They understand the level of service we provide, the variety of our total offering, and the kind of quality our customers expect.”
Kinko’s has more than 1,000 locations.
