FNet to Discontinue Satellite Phone Service in Balkans

Franklin Telecommunications Corp. announced that its subsidiary, FNet Corp., is shutting down its satellite telephone network in the Balkan region. The closure is a cost-saving measure, the company said.
Franklin Telecommunications manufactures high-speed voice-over-Internet protocol telephony equipment and provides IP-based telecommunications services.
