The Ventura chapter of Disabled American Veterans will sponsor its annual Pearl Harbor Day remembrance ceremony Friday outside the Ventura County Government Center.
The event will start at 11 a.m. at the veterans memorial at Victoria Avenue and Telephone Road.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of the attack. The ceremony will be attended by veterans of several wars.
The public is invited, and parents are encouraged to bring their children, organizers said.
