Husband Arrested in Photographer’s Death

Oakland police have arrested the estranged husband of a San Jose Mercury News photographer found shot to death Nov. 25.
Raymond Houston, 38, turned himself in Monday, said police spokesman George Phillips.
Luci S. Houston was found slain in the back seat of her company car near a cemetery, about a mile from her home.
