Matter of Faith

It was with interest and excitement that I noticed what seems to be a new policy in my old paper. The article on Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman was sprightly and informative--but the part letting us know he is an Orthodox Jew was special (“Lieberman Waxes Nostalgic for Good Old Days of Broadcasting,” by Dana Calvo, Sept. 20).
Please, can we know where Warren Olney goes on Sunday mornings? And how about that architect named in the very interesting story about the “D.C. Follies”? Is Friedrich St. Florian Catholic or “born again” or just plain Protestant or what? I can hardly wait to find out the religious affiliations of everyone. I assume you’re not going to give us that information only about Lieberman. That would be ridiculous!
