GARDEN GROVE
Planning commissioners voted unanimously last week to approve construction of a one-story, 8,000-square-foot restaurant at 11757 Harbor Blvd.
Bucca di Beppo is a chain of Italian family-style eateries run by Chapman Restaurants LLC.
The site will share a total of 738 parking spaces with three nearby hotels, including the Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn.
The city will receive a development impact fee of $8,500.
The final design of the restaurant’s signage is required to follow the Harbor Boulevard Urban Design Plan.
Commissioners Susan Barry and Van T. Tran were absent and it was Tom Oh’s last meeting. Oh announced his resignation last month.
