Junior Todd Feiereisen did more than help Westlake defeat Hart, 23-13, in his first full game at quarterback.
He also was exceptional as a punter, twice pinning Hart inside its 10-yard line in the second half.
Feiereisen, a transfer from Thousand Oaks, downplayed his performance.
“Our special teams on the whole played well,” he said. “We had a big punt return and a big kickoff return.
“Our offense, defense and special teams all stuck together.”
