OUTLOOK
The Cavaliers have enough experience and talent to challenge Pacifica for the league title. They might also have the league’s best quarterback in Dinh, who runs the option well but will be asked to pass more after the graduation of league MVP Ao Sualua. Soifua and Herrera, a transfer from Calvary Chapel, should give Santiago a solid backfield, but they will be running behind a young offensive line.
