Hiker Missing for a Month Is Found
GORMAN — A 25-year-old Oxnard hiker who had been missing for about a month was found near the Angeles National Forest north of Pyramid Lake on Monday evening, authorities said.
Sean Bernard Kelly was emaciated from lack of food and was taken to Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital in Valencia, said Lt. Mike Dunkle of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Santa Clarita station.
A hunter found the man near Quail Lake and California 138.
Dunkle said Kelly was reported missing more than three weeks ago.
