Hueneme Man Killed in 1-Vehicle Crash
A 38-year-old Port Hueneme man was killed in an early morning traffic accident in Camarillo on Saturday when his pickup truck smashed into a tree, authorities said.
Jesse Blair was driving southbound on Valley Vista Drive near Encino Avenue about 1:15 a.m. when he lost control of his 1993 Toyota pickup, authorities said. He drove up onto the landscaped shoulder of the road and into a large tree.
Blair was transported to St. John’s Medical Center in Oxnard, where he was pronounced dead on arrival, police said. Officials don’t know what caused the crash.
