GARDEN GROVE
Planning commissioners voted 3 to 1 to approve plans for an auto repair garage and a permit to operate a car sales business at 9672 Garden Grove Blvd.
Commissioner Susan Barry voted against the request because she was concerned about the number of auto sales lots along Garden Grove Boulevard.
The commission unanimously voted to approve plans for a one-story office building and a permit to sell cars at 12051 Harbor Blvd. A request to build a Joe’s Crab Shack restaurant with an outdoor dining area at 12011 Harbor Blvd. was also unanimously approved.
Commissioners Benjamin Freze and Earl Hutchinson were absent.
