Guilty Pleasures

Frozen snack food doesn’t have the greatest reputation in the world, but we found these Wrapidos from San Diego-based Delimex to be addictive. Resembling taquitos or flautas, they come frozen, ready for a quick bite when popped into the microwave oven for 30 seconds. They’re also great party food. Bake or deep-fry them if you want them to be crisp, then arrange them on a platter with salsa and guacamole, and you’ll have a quick appetizer.
