Fryer Named to Top Posts at Quantum
Keith J. Fryer has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Quantum Group Inc. in Tustin. He had been executive vice president. Ehrenfried Liebich will remain as chairman and chief executive officer.
* Olivier Boulart has been appointed director of e-services for Thomson-CSF Sextant In-Flight Systems in Irvine. Boulart was previously vice president of information systems at Thomson-CSF in France.
* Mason Carlton has been named Orange County area business development officer for U.S. Bank’s SBA division in Anaheim. He was formerly a vice president and SBA business development manager with Wilshire State Bank. Before that, Carlton was a senior vice president with Ashwill Associates Commercial Real Estate Co. in Orange.
* Barry Gershenovitz has been made a partner in the Irvine office of Ernst & Young. He provides tax planning strategies and advice to clients in the technology, engineering and construction industries and specializes in tax planning strategies for companies that are planning initial public stock offerings.
