San Francisco-based Quokka Sports Inc., which provides sports programming over the Internet, said it will cut 90 jobs, or almost 20% of its work force of 460, following the purchase of Total Sports Inc. The move will lead to a fourth-quarter charge of $1.8 million to $2 million for severance, stock-based compensation and facilities consolidation.
