* Piano pop icons Billy Joel and Elton John, right, are reuniting as a concert tandem, and tickets for their Feb. 6 show at the Great Western Forum go on sale Monday. . . . Tickets for Smokey Robinson’s “intimate Christmas� show at the Wiltern go on sale Saturday. The show is Dec. 18. . . . Also on sale Saturday are tickets for the Other Ones, the collective featuring Grateful Dead stalwarts such as drummer Mickey Hart and guitarist Bob Weir. The Other Ones play the Universal Amphitheatre on Dec. 30 with special guests the Steve Kimock Band. . . . On sale today: tickets for Hed(pe) and Spineshank at the Roxy on Dec. 28 and 29. . . . Erykah Badu has been added to the lineup of the “100.3 The Beat Holiday Cooldown� on Dec. 13. Tickets are now on sale for the Universal Amphitheatre show, which also features Jagged Edge, Carl Thomas and Avant. . . . Coming to the Troubadour: the Januaries (Dec. 19), Banyan (Dec. 28) and L.A.
