Build Bike Paths

Re “Unlocking Gridlock,” Nov. 20, on the MTA’s 25-year plan:
For a tiny fraction of what it costs to build mass transit and freeways, the MTA must plan for building a network of bike lanes and bike paths throughout L.A. County, giving folks a safe and enjoyable place to ride. Bicycling for transportation is a key solution to reducing our region’s growing traffic congestion and chronic air pollution.
