LAGUNA NIGUEL
The Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the seventh annual Headstart Christmas Toy Drive to collect gifts for South County children ages 3 to 8.
Merchants throughout the city will have collection boxes set up at their businesses through Dec. 22. The chamber is asking residents to donate new, unwrapped toys suitable for young children. Information: (949) 249-2922.
