The City Council is expected to approve an agreement tonight that will allow a local skateboard clothing company to put its brand name on the city’s future skateboard park in exchange for $100,000.
Sole Technologies Inc. has agreed to donate the money to help build and promote the park, which will be called Etnies Skatepark of Lake Forest. Etnies is a Sole Technologies brand. The park, at the intersection of Lake Forest Drive and the Foothill Transportation Corridor, is expected to be completed within six to eight months.
