City Hall has received 45 applications for the city manager position, and officials say more resumes are expected by the time the City Council reviews them Dec. 20.
Donald F. McIntyre, former head of the Orange County Sanitation District, has served as interim city manager since shortly after Keith Till resigned in August.
Officials say a new city manager should be in place by February.
