St. Margaret’s (19-1) vs. Pasadena Poly (21-4)

St. Margaret’s, the defending champion, should be favored to win the Division V-AA final considering the Tartans won the only meeting between these two teams, 15-9, 15-7, 15-3, on Sept. 22. But second-seeded Pasadena Poly won the title in 1997 and ‘98, with two-time All-Southern Section pick and Princeton-bound Ashley Weber playing a key role both times. She’ll try to win a third this season after the Panthers were eliminated in the semifinals last season. St. Margaret’s features Portland-bound middle blocker Monique Kettler and returning outside hitter Polly Bendush.
