The City Council will consider going out to bid for the construction of a new City Hall and the expansion of the library at its meeting Monday.
According to the staff report, the development and design portions of the two projects have been completed. It has been recommended that the city begin accepting bids Dec. 21.
The report also recommends that the council select a construction firm and award the contract Jan. 15.
The City Council will meet at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 25909 Pala.
