Supporters of Measure S, the so-called Greenlight Initiative, which passed last week, spent $65,163, while $378,324 was spent by backers of Measure T, an opposing initiative.
The Greenlight Initiative, which will put before a citywide vote any development that allows an increase of more than 100 peak-hour car trips or is more than 40,000 square feet above the General Plan allowance, passed with 63.4% of the vote.
Measure T won support of only 35.1% of voters.
