The Salvation Army Tustin Ranch Church will celebrate the groundbreaking of its new educational building at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 19.
The building will house a Christian preschool and day care program and a gym that will be open to the public. The church is at 10200 Pioneer Road. Information: (714) 832-7100.
