Newport Company Sells Anaheim Industrial Site

CT Realty in Newport Beach has sold a 3.3-acre parcel in Anaheim zoned for industrial use for $1.7 million, Irvine real estate brokerage Sperry Van Ness said Thursday.
Sperry said in a press release that the buyer, whom it represented but wouldn’t identify, bought the land at 1001 E. Ball Road for future development or expansion.
