City Council candidates will present their stances on various issues Thursday in individual two-minute speeches at an open forum.
Questions for the candidates will follow their presentations.
Interested residents can attend the two-hour forum that begins at 2 p.m. Thursday in the boardroom of the Administration Building, 23522 Paseo de Valencia.
