Kaye, Kerechek Take Posts at Bristol Retail Solutions

Bristol Retail Solutions Inc. on Friday named David Kaye president and chief executive and William Kerechek as chief financial officer. The Newport Beach provider of retail automation products and services said Kaye, who was also named a director, replaces Michael Pollastro who was serving as both interim chief executive and chief operating officer. Pollastro will remain with the company as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Kerechek replaces Michael S. Shimada, who resigned for personal reasons. Kaye, most recently, was a consultant specializing in turnarounds and, during these past few months, had worked with the company to develop and implement a strategic plan. Kerechek was most recently chief financial officer at the Tyson Seafood division of Tyson Foods Inc.
