WESTMINSTER
A bagpipe band and dancers will perform at the Civic Center at 6 p.m. Thursday. The free show by the Nicholson Pipes and Drums group is part of the city-sponsored summer concert series at the Sunken Gardens area of the Civic Center on Thursday nights. Attendees are encouraged to bring beach chairs, blankets and a picnic dinner. Nonprofit groups will be selling food.
