The Aliso Viejo maker of lithotripters, noninvasive instruments that break down kidney stones with shock waves, reported net income of $545,000, or 12 cents a share, for the second quarter, including a $298,000 gain from the sale of investments. A year earlier, the company earned $633,300, or 12 cents a share, on a larger number of shares outstanding. Revenue fell nearly 8% to $6 million.
