UltraLink Completes Merger With IBenefits

UltraLink, a Costa Mesa provider of health plan management services, completed its merger with IBenefits Inc., an El Segundo provider of Web-based employee benefits. Financial terms were not disclosed. All employees of the two companies are expected to retain their jobs, the companies said Tuesday.
