The City of Santa Ana Strategic Alliance Collaborative will hold a community forum today to discuss how Proposition 10 funds should be spent in Orange County. Proposition 10 is the 50-cents-a-pack cigarette tax approved by voters in 1998. Orange County received $32.9 million from the tax last year. The forum begins at 4 p.m. at the Southwest Senior Center, 2201 W. McFadden Ave. Information: (714) 571-4227.
