The Recreation and Community Services Commission is accepting nominations for its ninth annual Volunteer Service Award, presented to residents who have given their time and effort in the community.
A reception will be held June 20 to honor award winners.
Nomination forms are available at the Recreation and Park District office, 5700 Orange Ave., and nominations must be submitted by April 28. Information: (714) 229-6780.
