Zland.com Acquires Central Technologies

Central Technologies in Moorpark, an accounting software business, has been acquired by Zland.com of Aliso Viejo.

Zland.com develops Internet software for small and mid-sized companies. Central Technologies developed the VersaPro business accounting system sold in the United States and Canada.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Glenn Abood, president and chief operating officer of Zland.com, said the addition of finance technology supports his firm’s strategy to expand its e-business services. More than 150,000 Central Technologies accounting modules have been purchased to date.
