The Phoenix House will hold a commencement ceremony Saturday for 30 graduates of the recovery center’s two-year drug and alcohol treatment program. The graduates have been living outside the center for the past year, attending college or holding steady jobs. The ceremony begins at 11 a.m. at 1207 E. Fruit St.
