The city is offering free breast exams for qualified low-income women 40 and older from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at the Whitten Community Center, 900 S. Melrose St. The exams include a mammogram, clinical breast exam and instruction on how to perform a self-exam. For information call (714) 806-2037.
