Michael S. Bibby; Lifelong County Resident

Lifelong Ventura County resident Michael S. Bibby, an equipment operator, died at his home in Ventura on Sunday. He was 42.
He was born Sept. 29, 1957, in Ventura and attended local schools, graduating from Buena High in 1976.
Bibby was an equipment operator for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 12.
He liked to play golf and ride his motorcycle. He was a member of a Harley-Davidson owners group.
Bibby is survived by daughter Whitney Bibby, son Taylor Bibby, parents Byron and Loretta Bibby, sister Catherine June Cavola and brother Joseph Byron Bibby, all of Ventura, and grandparents Gene and Margaret Earleywine of Nipomo.
Funeral services are scheduled at 11 a.m. today at the Joseph P. Reardon Funeral Home, Ventura, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at the Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, Ventura.
