Tangible Asset Acquires Gehringer

Newport Beach rare coin and fine art dealer Tangible Asset Galleries Inc. said Thursday it has acquired the operation of Gehringer & Kellar Inc., which does business as Keystone Coin & Stamp Exchange.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Tangible Asset Galleries said in a press release that the purchase will enable it to expand nationally and increase sales, particularly from Internet auctions and retail electronic commerce.
The company said it has worked for 20 years with Keystone Coin, which is based in Allentown, Pa.
