The City Council tonight will consider a funding agreement between the city and the redevelopment agency for the $6.5-million Delhi Park Project. The park expansion, which would include a 26,000-square-foot community center, would quadruple the size of Delhi Park. The city and the Delhi Center, a nonprofit organization serving the Delhi community, have secured more than $4 million in state and federal funds for the project. The council meets at 6 p.m. at 22 Civic Center Plaza. Information: (714) 647-5238.
