* UCLA (1-6) at OLD DOMINION (2-3), 4:30--UCLA, eight days after snapping its six-game losing streak, begins a pre-Christmas trip tonight at ODU, where the Lady Monarchs are off to a rocky start. Picked by most as a top-20 team at the start of the season, ODU was 1-3 until it won its most recent game, 65-52, at St. John’s on Dec. 7. Top concerns for Kathy Olivier’s Bruins are 6-1 Hamchetou Maiga, who averages 18.6 points, and 6-6 Corrina Turner, who had 10 rebounds at St. John’s. UCLA’s Michelle Greco, who had 34 points in the 86-60 victory over Long Beach State, boosted her scoring average to 20.1. UCLA ends its trip Thursday at Ohio State.
