Upland 33, Diamond Bar 14--Bo Drake passed for 198 yards and two touchdowns and scored on a one-yard sneak to lead the Highlanders to victory in a Division II semifinal at Cal State Fullerton.

Newhall Hart 13, La Canada St. Francis--Stanford-bound Kyle Matter completed 20 of 32 passes for 182 yards and rushed for 76 yards in 11 carries, and his Hart teammates sacked UCLA-bound John Sciarra eight times to spark the Indians to a Division III semifinal victory at College of the Canyons.

Manhattan Beach Mira Costa 41, Sherman Oaks Notre Dame 38--Sophomore Michael Okwo scored on a four-yard run on his 46th carry to give the Mustangs an overtime victory in a Division III semifinal at Mira Costa.

Covina Charter Oak 18, Pomona Garey 15--Jonathon Granger kicked a 40-yard field goal with seven seconds left as the Chargers rallied to defeat Garey in a Division VII semifinal at Ganesha High.
