Probe Completed in Hardaway Case

PHOENIX — Police have completed their investigation of a complaint filed against Phoenix Suns guard Penny Hardaway by his girlfriend.
A police spokesman said Latarsha McCray filed the complaint Nov. 20, two days after she alleged Hardaway yelled at her while holding a gun at his side at his home in a Phoenix suburb.
The 10-day investigation concluded Thursday when detectives handed their report to town prosecutor John Hudson, who will determine whether charges are filed.
