Bridge Sells Unit Stake to Worldwide Wireless

Bridge Technology Inc. sold a 60% stake in its Pacific Bridge Net unit to Worldwide Wireless Networks Inc., a wireless infrastructure company in Orange. Terms weren’t disclosed. Bridge Technology, a Garden Grove provider of digital data storage and communications components, said Pacific Bridge Net is in negotiations to build a wireless infrastructure system in Europe that may conflict with Bridge’s business model.
