* Tickets go on sale at 4:20 p.m. Friday for the third annual Smoke-Out, a 16-hour music festival on Oct. 7 at National Orange Show Events Center in San Bernardino that features Cypress Hill, above, 311, Xzibit, Redman, System of a Down, Long Beach Dub Allstars, Dilated Peoples, Gangstarr, Pennywise, DJ Swamp and others. . . . Travis returns to Southern California on Oct. 5 with a performance at the Universal Amphitheatre. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. today for the show, which features opening act Remy Zero. . . . Rickie Lee Jones will perform at the El Rey Theatre on Sept. 28; tickets go on sale today at 10 a.m. . . . The El Rey will also host the Tom Tom Club on Oct. 30; tickets available beginning Saturday at 10 a.m. . . . At the Drive In plays Oct. 4 at the Glass House in Pomona; tickets go on sale today.
